Evo IX with Stage IV - BR Gt3065 Cast manifold 501 whp on pump with alchy

This car previously made 478 with a SNOW performance alchy kit and the alcohol flow was not smooth enough to quell all deonation on spool up

We added an Aquamist HFS 1 and the car is 100% knock count free all the way through the power band on normal 93 octane pump gas at 28 - 29 psi at 501 whp

The car has stock ecu and stock engine - cosworth cams only

Buschur Stage IV and BR Cast manifold GT3065 turbo kit

The customer will take the car for a test drive today and he may chose to upgrade to a HTA GT35 depending on if he feels this is enough speed and power to meet his needs

The problem is that the customer is used to power - and I mean big power

His other car is a

2002 Porsche 996 Turbo - w/ twin Gt3082 Turbos - 3.8 L built motor, cams, pistons, crank, etc etc. 1.5 Bar boost 750 whp

You can understand therefore, that an Evo may "feel" slow to this customer

I am hoping to satisfy his needs for power on his daily driver Evo

I presaonally prefer the HFS 1

Its delivery of alcohol is more suited to the way our cars make power and the needs of a high bosting 2.0 L engine

The HFS 5 is a great system but often we need less alcohol up top and more down low which is the opposite of the HFS 5 configuration. Keep in mind, I do not use alcohol as a subsitute for fuel supply but rather as a tuning aide to supress knock and allow the customer to run more boost on pump gas than would otherwise be possible.
