Radiator cooling plate for evo 8 with 6 radiator

Does anyone know fitment compatibility of a evo 6 radiator in an 8? I am looking for a radiator cooling plate but don’t know if the 8 ones fit with the 6 radiator having a different location for upper hose.

All the cooling plates I have seen end before they get to the top of the radiator where they would interfere with the hose locations.

I also have an NRG (I think) cooling plate I'd let go pretty cheap.

Correct I have the APR Carbon Fiber plate neither 456 or 789 radiators upper hose will affect the fitment of the plate, the only fitment issue you could potentially
have is running 456 radiator with the stock intake snorkel

Reminds me I need to look for a decent 4,5,6 Radiator or just have one made for me just as easy.

Gotta sat my stocker has been used and reused over multiple setups during its 21yr life, car’s never once had a cooling issue though with the new manifold the stock upper hose placement won’t work, though I could go to a metal upper hose with couplers, which will be a ton easier to fabricate, but doesn’t look as nice IMO

Thanks for the replies , currently I’m ordering a few things from Japan since the conversion is good. I am also running the stock intake snorkel with my Mishimoto 6 radiator.

I had my stock one spring a leak last summer and went with this CSF stock replacement. It has been rock solid and was a direct bolt in, fans and shroud included.
