Question IX compression numbers

OK everyone. If you have done a compression test can you please post your numbers and say if the engine was warm or cold.

Please if you have a 8 I dont need your numbers. The service manual states 145 with a minimum of 92 and a variation of no more than 14 PSI. A bit different than the 163 of the VIII (138 min, variation is the same 14 PSI). Again if you have done them please post your numbers and warm or cold engine

Thanks

I've compression tested my IX, dont recall the exact numbers but they were 140-150 cold. The IX has different compression specs because of the mivec head.

I understand the Mivec has lower compression. I did mine and they seemed low but there was no variance between them so i didnt think twice. I also figured my car wouldnt be making the power it did if something up. It just popped in my mind and I am curious now about others

I understand this wont really help much cause the gauge variance can make a big difference. I guess this is more for ballpark ranges

evo 8
181 - 182 - 182 - 186 @ 20K warm and within 3psi at 60k warm with different tester.

I turn the starter for 2 full rotations of cam gears (one full crank rotation). Takes about 7 or 8 cycles of starter to get there.
