Ended up installing my cams this weekend. Was alot easier than I thought. Sorry for the camera quality...on to the vid

 

damn yours lope way more than mine.....mine idles like stock...its just louder.

 

Thats is exactly how mine sound. Sounds soooooooo good. I got the GSC 272's

 

The car definately pulls alot harder up top. It took about 4 1/2 hours...alone. The hardest part was breaking the cam bolts loose.

Does Idle speed have anything to do with how much audible lope a car has? My comp 280's dont seem to sound as aggressive as some other cars I've heard and I'm wondering if its because my idle is set to 1100.

 

Not yet. Going to get it tuned by Mellon, just waiting to put on the hotside and o2 housing Mines idles around 800 now, it was 1000 and it did seem to lope less but, i'm not absolutely sure that idle was the reason.

 

lower you idle to 800+ to 900 and you'll definitely hear the lope

I have a set of 264's to put in, I'm hoping to get some lope but I know it won't sound as good.
