Tuning Gains?
Tuning Gains?
How much more of a gain do you get from tuning than from just the parts themselves? For example if i have a ix with a tbe and an intake and i make 270whp(hypothetically) how much can i expect to gain from getting a full dyno tune? I was goin to put this in the tuning section but it seems too vague

I don't think he would see those numbers without the boost being turned up. I'd say with a tbe and a intake you'd see around 300whp IMO. Could be wrong though. If people are seeing 330 with just a tbe, intake, and a tune with the 9's I need to get modding.
indeed you do man ^

initial tune will get ya around 50whp most times.........it did for me and other evo guys in the area.
Sorry fellas, I be off the topic, but I have this itching question: In regards to gas consumption;
For "Gain", If you were to upgrade the exhaust, and air filter, and do a tune, would you necessarily keep the same MPG?
