or do it on race fuel. you wont have to worry about the meth running out. nothing much more you can do at this point. all that is left is ems, big turbo and building block/head. otherwise, experience something new and go autox if you havent already. my goal is to hit 11's then track the car after. nothing much more you can do without sacrificing drivability with a big turbo.

And the SS piping IS uicp/licp kit...

I have the same car as you with almost the same mods minus the cams and I can't believe you only pulled 333. I would be disappointed... Who did you get tuned by?

I am about to get Cossie Cams for my IX...

Cheers-
E

I don't really consider you full bolt on. If you want to stay stock turbo you can do ported and coated exhaust manifold, hotside, 02 housing, intake manifold, and throttle body. Clutch & flywheel maybe? All of that stuff with a retune will gain you a pretty good amount of horse power.

Yea your numbers are pretty low. Your next step would be a manifold and 02 housing. Then top it off with some meth. Definitely get tuned by somebody else. With the new number you will get prepare for a new clutch if you don't have one already. With your mods now you should see 360awhp. Opps. I just saw where you are from. for 91 **** I guess that isn't too bad.

You are forgetting changing or porting/coating the stock exhaust manifold.

Then alky/meth kit + retune.

there are lots of things u can do to add power but it really irks me when ppl take a $30k + car & try to "get by" w/cheap mods. u don't have to spend $3k all at once but u can get some things over time. here are some things u probly didn't think of but would help u make the power ur making more efficient:

1) clutch- u didn't mention an aftermarket 1 but it helps put ur power down better.
2) O2 housing- u didn't mention it so go buy the biggest I.D. one u can.
3) exhaust manifold- didn't mention that either, but make sure it's quality so it don't crack.
4) fluids- better trans, diff, oil, & coolant fluids will allow ur car to run smoother & w/less effort.
5) radiator- u live in vegas where it gets almost as hot as AZ. motor needs to run as cool as possible.
6) wideband O2 sensor- ur tune will have more flexibility & less hiccups or limitations.
7) racegas- unless ur tuned for it or can get a retune for it don't waste the money. but to give u an example, my car is tuned on racegas making 324whp/368tq WITHOUT cams on a Mustang Dyno + i still rock the factory airbox!!!
8) meth kit- viable option if u don't want to keep buying racegas all the time but u will need to be retuned for it + u will need 1 step colder spark plugs & an ignition amp to minimize issues due to alot higher boost.
9) tires- not sure which ones u have but stickier tires (100 treadwear or less) will help u hook up & get down the road quicker.
10) brakes- the most overlooked & forgotten mod. doesn't matter how much power u got if u can't stop!!!!!!!!!! update ur rotors, pads, & get some SS lines w/higher temp fluid.
11) suspension- i see u have springs. i wouldn't use them but since u already do, how about adding other parts to help them do their job?? swaybars, stiffening braces, bushing kits. u would be amazed how ur car would wake up handling wise.
12) motor movement- get a stiffer front motor mount & maybe an engine damper to limit the movement between shifts.
13) short shifter- quicker shifts means higher speed in less time. get 1 like the Works unit so u don't have to hack anything up. also get some shifter cable bushings.
14) turbo- upgrade ur stock 1 w/a 20G wheel or buy 1 already upgraded like a FP Green. will of course need a retune.
15) tune- u didn't mention it but these cars are worthless w/out a tune. look at it like a guitar. it always need adjusting but it is dam fine sounding to the ears when dialed in...

2.5" 02 housing makes better power than a 3". Misleading info you have. Second a cracked manifold is a rare thing. Only seen the megan look a likes crack due to cheap material. He has a tune since he is making that power and with cams. You do not have to upgrade your brakes on a dd. That is completely different then what he is asking. Realistically our cars can stop a 9 sec pass with the brakes we have. Will wear out the pads and rotors on an autocross but if he is doing that then he knows what he will need to replace.
