Is it just me or is that split in the downpipe for a twin scroll exhaust housing? Neat.

It's more for the out let. Twin dump design to split the exhaust turbin and the wastgate door. This is done to reduce turblance when the wastgate door opens. This really really helps boost control and also now it's a ture 3in exhaust turbo back.

Twin Scroll is on the exhaust inlet (FYI)

Here is a pic off Shiv's WRX Sig exhaust on my REX.

Yeah, I know, but I didn't know it was exhaust inlet only. Never seen one in person (off the car). Figured if it had two inlets it may have two outlets too.

Badass little TB.

1150.00 for a full turbo back. RMR and AMS does not even offer a .02 housing yet with a full turbo back.

I'm not kissing anyones ***. I saw it, liked it and wanted to share.

Wow,

I wounder... It looks like that setup would flow better than the signature series based on the improved turbo outlet section.....

Yup, I'll be buying that setup for sure.

This definitely looks to be a nice system. The only problem I see is that you can't go catless w/o replacing a very long pipe. I wonder if shiv will be modifying his sig series to have the housing part of the downpipe since it is a better design. After all, why have a cheaper exhaust that outperforms your sig series?

Oh I am SOOOOO buying that exhaust. That is the sweetest exhaust I have seen yet for the Evo 8. On top of that it has the EXACT look that I was looking for in an aftermarket exhaust!
