installing a boost gauge

Seems about 50/50 people are doing FPR or BOV vac lines. I have seen it recommended both ways, so then both will work. I did BOV and mine works great. Think about what a leaky connection (low boost reading) would do to the FPR under full throttle. Hmm... less gas I would think, and maybe catastrophic detonation. I vote for BOV line if your like me and don't trust your own workmanship.

A vacuum leak is a vacuum leak, so it doesn't matter which hose it's leaking from. A leak from either will affect the FPR.

I agree with him above about vacuum or actually boost leaks and I think I'd like th BOV to open with 20 psi of boost in the IC when I let off.

Mitsu puts it in the FPR line for the factory gauge from what I have heard. I had it on the FPR line and when I am done it will be on my vacuum distribution manifold pictured below.

I looked for that claimed hole and didn't see anything.
