IMO Oil pressure, AFR, Oil temp, and boost are probably all you need. Water temp, EGT, and Volts would also be nice. If your running E-85 a gasoline content analyzer is also useful.

ok cool. and no plans for e85 for now. not quite in my area. i would have to travel 2hrs to get some and of course that calls for more upgrades.

Agree with that.

For me I am running Oil Temp, Oil Pressure, and Fuel Pressure, and an AEM Net Gauge which shows me all sorts of stuff, but I mostly run it in AFR. Fuel pressure gague is going away, because I dont need it.

THe only two gauges that you can really use while driving are Oil Temp and AFR, you will not be able to notice a drop in oil pressure during a 3rd gear pull and shut it down before damage. But again most of the time the gauges are not going to help unless they are wired into your computer and can trigger a failsafe.

Boost gage is neat, but I find it a little nerve-racking to use it since I don't like looking at anything other than the road when building boost.
