Exclamation clutch help

i have a 2006 evo ix mr and im doing a clutch job, i need to get the top three transfer case bolts out but cant seem to get to them at a point at which i can break them loose, what have you guys done to get them off? 2nd what all needs to be done with the acd to do a clutch job?

It sounds like the clutch job is way out of your league if you have these questions after you already started.

ratchet with extension + pipe on the end of the ratchet
Yes this can be done on jack stands, but on a lift it would be much easier.

yup ... stick a long long extension throught the passanger side fender use a impact gun and get someone under the hood to put your swivel socket on the bolts.... easy enough... when you get done... get someone in the car to bleed the acd... turn the key on then put the gas on the floor.. open the bleeder on the acd and you will hear the pump cut on and ATF will come out,.... when it is all fluid coming out close the bleeder and your all set.

thanks for the help, from what ive read isnt there a way to deal with the acd without having to bleed it?

HELP!!! i cant get the bolt closest to the engine block on the top of the transfer case out, there is literally no way to get to it, i really need some help here, THIS IS URGENT

ok, not sure that this is holding the transfer case on, i believe that it is a bolt that holds the trans to the engine block, it is a 14mm bolt

well i still cant get my transfer case loose, from what ive seen there is only two bolts up top and three on the bottom, i really need some input here people, i need to get this bastard off ASAP!!!!!!

there are three bolts on top.... one is a veryy veryy long one and would be closest to you... the other two are a bit back further .... which one do you need left?

i have the two on the very top out, is it the same for a 8 and a 9 as far as the locations of the bolts? can you maybe send me a pic of what bolt i have left to take out?

theres only one problem, i have a IX and the bolt all the way to the left in the picture is not on my car
