New clutch/flywheel install question

We recently put in the ACT clutch and Gruppe-S flywheel. The car runs great, but we've noticed the stock wastegate is a lot louder now. Has anyone heard of this? No codes or anything...

It almost sounds like the dump tube we had on our RRM turbo upgrade for the 2002 Lancer OZ.

Are you sure the downpipe bolts are all on there tight enough? There should be no change in sound of the wastegate unless you've changed something performance-oriented or something was not put back correctly.

+1 on that. The operation of the clutch or flywheel has nothing to do with the wastegate.

Thanks for the replies guys. We double checked the downpipe and the installers forgot to bolt it in all the way. Everything is fixed and sounding great.
