i'm confused, so is the clutch pedal stuck? or does the clutch pedal move? if it moves, try adjusting the clutch engagement off the floor with the adjustment on the pedal. if you can adjust it off the floor some you should be able to fully disengage the clutch and get it in gear.

it moves like it should...we adjusted it almost to the top and still nothing....and the tob is still connected to the pressure plate....so when you push the clutch in you can see the pressure plate pull out..but i guess not far enough

Weird, does the clutch disengage at all or it just totally engaged all the time?

It could be the friction material has come off the disc and is wedged between the disc and the pressure plate. This happens occasionally.

another problem...have you been doing some crazy driving lately ...nice launches? Master cylinder may have crapped out. I'm having near identical issues...

the clutch has been installed fpr 1500 miles and was driven easily... when the clutch pedle is presses it seems like it is pulling the pressure plate out like it should be.....but usually you can push the rod that is on the slave in by hand and you cant on this one...would that cause the clutch not to disengage even though it pushs the shift fork towards the pass side like it should?

Try adjusting the Clutch.
Give it a turn or turn and 1/2 counter clock wise on the adjustment rod. See what happens.

If no go, then turn it back clockwise 2 1/2 full turns.

I hope that works. Usually does.

If not, look into the bearing itself. The Clutch release Bearing. Could have come loose or it is getting loose. or it could have been bad.

Good luck.

air in the system or your master cylinder has gone bad.
