Check Buschur Racing if you want the ported and polished manifold! Best there is with lots of reviews! Good price too! I dont know anything about the MUSe, some guy in the For Sale forum has been trying to get rid of one forever. Here is buschurs: https://secure.buschurracing.com/cat...products_id=75

I do not like the muse manifold. From the pics it looks like they spent about an hour on the thing. Holes could be bigger and the insides could be smoothed out a lot better. Takes me 3-4 hours a manifold.

Sorry for the OT, but Revmoto, when porting the stock manifold do you find it necessary to spend more time porting the four openings that mate to the exhaust ports of the cylinder head, or the T.S. outlet that mates to the turbine housing inlet?

On my manifold the 4 openings that mate to the head are pretty out of whack with the manifold gasket. In some places there is a 1/4 " mismatch. In your opinion, what is the most important area to concentrate on when porting the stock exhaust maniold?

/\ The reason they look "out of whack" is the gasket port size is much larger than the actual cylinder head ports.

I have had 2 of the muse manifolds come through my place...and I still had to spend about a hour to properly gasket match it and clean them up.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank You,
Wayne

As long as the holes are pretty close to mating up and a little larger where it doesn't create any turbulence then you are fine. Both are really important when porting. If you have any pics I can help you out more.
