It actually just gets real close on mine. It depends on what other exhaust parts you have. I talked to AMS about it and with their parts on the car they leave 2 inches from the muffler to the bumper. I have an RMR downpipe and that affects my overall length.

mine never touches the bumper... it just shoots stragiht out from the bumper a little bit, and then when it cools retracts back under the bumper again...

Ordered my AMS Catback Tuesday, 9/22, but thanks to FedEx, who knows when I'll be getting it. This bites.

I bought the AMS catback and it's rediculous

Installed it the same day, took about and hour and it sounds great. Thanks AMS for working with me through the whole FedEx problem
