P0141.. some help please?

in a really cold morning (-8 F), i tried to start the car and it hesitated a little bit but it started, also threw a CEL p0141 "O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)". i tried to clear the code but it came right back on the second time i start the car. i searched the forum and only 5 posts came up so i guess this is a rare code. and only one person came up with the solution of replacing the rear o2 sensor... i wonder if theres another other things i can do to fix this besides getting a new o2 sensor... i really need to get it fixed because i'll be trading in/sell my evo soon ... thanks for any help.
