does p0141 fail emission test?
i have ams high flow cat, and im getting p0141 heater circuit bank1 sensor 2
i need to get the state inspection(emission). could p0141 fail the emission test???
one more thing, whould new stock o2 sensor give me cel for hfc?,

if u are in NJ and u have a check engine light u will fail, especially emissions related since that is all they are caring about right now if i remember correctly.
