Weird problem with the car being in neutral

Well today I noticed a little problem, while the car is in neutral I am having hard time moving it side to side, its not smooth like before. I have not touched the car as far as modding goes or any kind of work to the car in awhile. On another note the shifter goes into the gears perfect and does NOT pop out or lockout of gear. Plus I changed about the drivetrain fluids 7k miles ago. Its been really cold here in NYC but I don't see how could be the problem

BTW. I been running B&M Short Shifter and brass bushings in the engine for about 3 years now with zero problems.

3 years on the bushings, maybe time to take 'em off, sand them a little bit and put them back in with some fresh anti-seize or silicone grease.... I have heard of guys here in MI having trouble after only one winter (didn't use the anti seize) , so I plan on "freshening" mine up this summer just a little preventative.

I don't think the brass bushings have in effect when the car is in neutral.
