Issues with fitting Buschur Heat Shield

I cant seem to fit the Buschur Heat Shield on the manifold. I know my diverter is a little in the way and I plan to move that a little over, but my main concern is the wastegate seems to flat in the way. I dont understand what im doing wrong here.

Mine is not cutout? Did Buschur make a 3065 heat shield and a stock turbo heat shield?

I believe you will need to trim a small piece of the heatshield to clear the banjo fitting on the Tial wastegate.

I used a snap-on cut off wheel (air tool). If anything I would just go buy a Dremel.

Pick your poisen.... http://www.tylertool.com/drempowtool1.html
