was looking around and i found this....
looks like EBAY intercooler when it comes to cooling probably isnt the issue like i said.

Default 2 liter, BR GT35r header kit, EBAY (AMS STYLE) FMIC
Starting AIT 64.40 degrees
Ending AIT 122 degrees
Peak boost 42.1 psi
20 psi at 4563 rpm

2.3 liter, AMS GT35r, AMS standard FMIC
Starting AIT, 102.2 degrees
Ending AIT, 134.6 degrees
Peak boost 23.98 psi
20 psi at 4551

2 liter, HKS 3037, AMS standard FMIC
Starting AIT, 104 degrees
Ending AIT, 125.6 degrees
Peak boost, 23.57 psi
20 psi at 4691 rpm

2 liter Turbo Trix T3, GT35r kit ETS 3.5" FMIC
Starting AIT 105.8 degrees
Ending AIT 129.2 degrees
Peak boost 36.31 psi
20 psi at 5086 rpm

some random intercooler temps that were put together for some numbers.
here is the link if interested in more numbers.

How can you conclude that the Ebay intercooler is NOT the issue from that data?

Ebay intercooler: 58* rise
AMS 1: 32* rise
AMS 2: 21* rise
ETS: 24* rise

Looks to me like the ebay intercooler has some issues with about 2 to 3 times as much temperature rise during one pull.

Going off of what I see above it looks like that could definitely be the problem. I'd love to see what kind of AIT it has after 3 or 4 runs.

I'll probably get grief for this but my vote is on that craptastic 02 housing.

Get a custom one made and I am sure it will open it up.

Don't mind me, for some reason at that point in time I thought you had a ATP kit and I actually meant hotside.

Must drink more coffee...

If your point was that you didn't understand the data and couldn't figure out that the ebay intercooler does not work nearly as well as the others, then yes, you did make your point.
