Stainless, aluminum, titanium bolts/nuts

I'm going to be upgrading parts in my exhaust system in the future and wanted to replace studs/bolts/nuts that I use with ones that won't rust.

I've looked into titanium studs/bolts/nuts but they can get expensive.

I was wondering if anyone's used aluminum parts. Aluminum melts at 600 C so it's not a possibility with manifold studs/nuts, correct?

Is it possible to use stainless steel studs/bolts/nuts in the exhaust manifold/turbo area?

Regular ones you buy at any hardware store work fine?

Stock studs and bolts on the exhaust manifold are really rusted on mine.

stainless bolts and locking nuts work well, no rust or backing out.

Aluminum still corrodes. It just takes longer than carbon steel. Stainless is the ticket if you are wanting to avoid rusting.

Titanium bolts are so sweet. They never rust or corrode and 50 percent lighter then normal bolts.

but 4 times the cost
