well, i installed my magnus intake manifold yesterday.. but the throttle body now sits around 5" lower, and a bit more on the driver's side..

i made my own intercooler pipe for the time being, but was wandering if anyone offered a pipe that would bolt on and look good in the same time.. as my pipes look like crap!

will the AMS pipe's for the VSR manifold work?? has anyone tried this??

 

I had HKS IC pipes for Evo 6.

When I installed the Magnus Race, I ended up getting away with cutting one piece of the UICP and spinning it end over end. Then of course I had some bead welded on the end to give a lip.

As for what companies UICP might fit without adjustment... not so sure. All I can say is HKS UICP for Evo 6 does not fit without modification.

 

The throttle body placement between our intake manifold and the Magnus is very close. I would think our UICP kit for our intake manifold would work for you with minimal adjustment.

 

i have the AMS VSR..and the throttle body placement is very simmillar to that of the Magnus...i am running the Greddy UICP...it bolted right up...no cutting or anything..the way the greddy UICP is..it is very easily oriented around...however..you are going to need a smaller battery not necessarilly a mini battery..but i smaller battery...i will try to find a picture when i go back home maybe that would help
