why not remove the alt and just hot charge the battery before every run? Or use one of the 14v drag batt's?

Which exhaust manifold is that?

Custom or off the shelf.

It is a custom ETS manifold for his new setup but can be easily made into an off the shelf ETS kit.

The red deal is the water pump.

Have thought of taking the alt off but it would just be another pain to deal with and with the AEM and all the electronics having the voltage changing can mess with tuning. So at the moment taking the alt off is not going to happen.

Its a cust ETS manifold like others have said.

Crazy enough we have never weighed the car. Will find out soon when we corner balance the car.

Due to time and $$$ there is quite a few weight mods left that wont get done this year. Idea of what else could be done to save weight.

-We have a 1 3/4 Mild steal cage. Done this way since we built it off his roll bar. Could save a good 50lbs buy doing a 1 5/8 cromo cage.
-Carbon roof
-Carbon Trunk pined on only
-Carbon Doors

I'm a big fan of the car, and I'm not even really that into drag racing.
All that weight reduction, and the moonroof stays? Does it have to for rules or something?

Well the sun roof will be Lexon and there has been no motor or tracks in it since last year. We would like to do a carbon Roof some day.

Cool that's what I figured. I have considered just making a carbon sheet plug for mine.
