Increase in boost

Hey guys,
I am sure this has been discussed before however im going to ask it anyway. Currently installed i have a 3in downpipe however i am in the process of installing a fmic with the upper and lower piping a buschur racing intake and i plan to also install a 3in catback exhaust. My plan is to tune the car this summer when i have more funds however i am a little paranoid that my car with these mods will first of all lean out the car too much, and also increase my boost. Is this increase in boost going to cause problems such as knocking or anything else? I know a tune will really bring out the best of my purchased parts but for now do you think i will be fine?

After everything is installed what specifically should i be paying attention to on my car to make sure that the parts are not causing negative effects?

People have run more mods than you without a tune, but you should get it tuned with those parts. There's an easy way of checking for knock with evoscan and is a cheap way to know that you're still relatively safe.

Definately start loggin, get some gages in there if you dont already, and get tephra mod knock on cel which is extremely useful.

if you are woried about that before tune, just dont beat on the car until you know its safe to do so.

I agree on the tephra knock mod, if you don't have a tactrix cable I'd just get it nowsince you'll want it at some point.

I just looked up the tephra knock mod and i have absolutly no idea what any of that stuff means. I obviously understand the purpose of it however im a total noob to the tuning of my evo. Is this something hat could be easily done? I live about 15 mins away from Dent Sport Garage so im wondering if that is something they could flash onto my ecu for cheap insurance until i get a reflash?
Is there anyone local who would be willing to help me out?

Unfortunately i dont currently own one...Im sure i could get my hands on one though. Is this an easy thing to do? Also my car is an 05 with 8700 miles so i would like to not void my warranty. I figure ill keep my stock parts and go back to stock in case something happens. I assume there is a way to save my stock map. Anyways I own a laptop and would love to learn about logging.

If I were in your position I would get myself a Tactrix cable and get an email tune from Mellon. I'm sure he would be happy to help you along in the process and the price will not break the bank.
