Changing drivetrain fluid made easy!

I found this pump to change my fluids and it works like a dream. The best thing is you can measure the amount to of fluid pump so you don't have a bunch of new fluid ending up all over everything and wasting it,best thing is it's only $15.00.

It's better than a funnel and hose.

Mine was useless, unless you can weld. I purchased it thinking it would be the greatest thing. However the one I had, the pump and hose had to be changed from each end to use (L). The problem is that there is a hose on the cap so when I changed ends, it obviously wouldn't seal and would just leak out. Maybe mine was made incorrectly.

Seriously I use a turkey baster to change the rear diff fluid; works like a dream.

The t-case fluid is easy to change with some vinyl tubing you can pick up at any Home Depot and a decent funnel (as per the Evomoto DIY).

It also helps that I don't have the stock airbox and undertray in the way either.

for the tranny and tcase i just use some clear tubing and a funnel. it couldnt have gone easier, no pumping or anything involved. just measure out the correct amount and pour in. the rear diff i used a similar pump

That's similar to what I use. Of course, mine was from Autozone, solid, and cost $6. These pumps are great.

I'm planning on doing this once it gets warmer outside, but do I need any special tools? I'm doing the trans, t-case, and rear diff. I thought I read somewhere in a write up that I can't seem to find right now that I'd need a 25mm or 26mm socket for the rear diff or something like that. I think my socket set goes up to 22mm... basically what size sockets do I need to have to drain and fill all 3?

Thanks
