35R Coolant Line Hookup

Just need some quick help because I can't remember which line is which! I need to know which whole on the 35R goes to which part on the block. I have the oil lines hooked up. So the whole on the turbo at the front of the car goes to the hard line, or the barb on the theremostat, and which does the whole on the block side of the turbo go to?

Thanks
