Are you talking about the piston in the valve fluttering because of a low spring rate and lack of damping, or are you talking about flutter meaning 'surge'?

I think most are concerned with the longevity of the turbo vs ultimate power... hence all the questions about the bottom end. Thanks again.

Just another thought...
You will lose the strength of the vacuum with a longer or bigger vacuum line. It may be negligible though.

Question, What are the disks for? Are they spacers?
