I just want to know that I have ACT HDSS and it's slipping right now if i can just replace the DISC only or would it be better with the ACT HDSS whole KIT?..since there's only damage with the DISC..

 

Is it slipping because it's old and worn or because you are making too much power now?

I'd recommend getting the ACT XTSS Kit. You will also need to resurface the flywheel.

Replace the whole thing. You would need to have the pressure plate resurfaced and I dont even know if anyone does that. Plus there is so much labor involved to get the clutch out the last thing you want is the fingers of the pressure plate bending or the TOB to go 2K miles after you just swapped the disk.

It would be like doing a timing belt without the tensioner or the water pump

 

How many miles have you had that clutch? How much power are you making? How many times do you take it to the drag strip?
