Where do I mount this O2 for my WB ?

I am the proud new owner of a slightly used Innovate LC-1

My buddy (with a SRT-4) said you want the O2 on the hot side downstream of the Turbo but as close to the Turbo as possible, is this correct?

not as close but any where before the cat on the down pipe. In the 2 or 10 o clock position. Never 3 o clock or below.

Put it in the first bung closest to the cat, or test pipe.

You should always put the o2 sensor behind/before the catalytic converter.

Usually anywhere between 12-18 inches from the exhaust manifold will be good. SO in your case around the end of the downpipe is best if not on the testpipe closest to the downpipe.

if you look under your car, right at the end of the xcase there is a rubber grommet in the pasenger side of the "doghouse". i just welded a bung right next to that in the 12o'clock position in the dp. works great and its a perfect place for it. right at the end of the xcase, beginning of the driveshaft and the wires will run right out in front of the passenger side of the center console.
