wideband o2 sensor hook up help
In my Supra, I put it about 2 feet AFTER the turbo charger. Works pretty well and the response is quick.Just put it atleast 10 degrees higher than the horizontal(on the tip) so when the car is in the cold start mode, no water will rust it or anything.
It's an easy install, atleast for me it was and you just need to hook up a power and a ground and then run the wires.

15 degrees end pointing up, make sure you have enough space for the 02 sensor so it wont knock into the floor panel.
if you have cat, install it before cat.

I posted a thread of my wideband sensor install over on the Innovate forums: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/f...read.php?t=442
In a nutshell, your sensor should be mounted as far back from the turbo as possible (i.e. right in front of the cat). It should also be mounted above the horizontal plane (i.e. tip facing down into the exhaust pipe to avoid moisture collecting on the sensor and destroying it).

24 inches + is what you want.
but it gets a bit difficult if you go too much back.
You want it near where the stock 02 sensor goes into the passenger side floor panel, where there is a hole in it already.

downpipe, you'll burn your 02 sensor out quickly with bosch sensors, unless you get the $200 02 sensor. But eventually they'll burn out too being so close to the turbo.

Mounting your wideband sensor at the end of the downpipe should be fine, unless you're running really high EGTs. In that case a heatsink (like this: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/x...cat=250&page=1 or homemade) can help. If you're running catless, then you could mount the sensor further down your exhaust pipe.
