10% Ethanol

So the county i live in is forcing all gas stations to start putting 10%ethonal into the gas we purchase, and by next year all of Oregon will doing this. My question is that what if any issues that might be caused by this. I have no clue on this all.

i hate 10% in fuel mix...

lucky some gas station sell Staight fuel no 10% ethonal.. washington get too almost evevywhere 10% ethonal mixed..

one time i use 94 octane with 10% mixed.. and i can smell richness of ethonal and didnt burn whole fuel much.. and it dont affect anything..

it new law or Emission law.. they add 10% to get clean air that what i look at sticker at pump lol

^^Same thing. I have used the 94 w/10% E and had a little leaner AFR's but not enough to worry. No knock

My car picked HP just from running Hess w/10% ethanol. It got retuned and I was able to run more boost than regular 93oct.

The U.S. has been adding up to 10% ethanol to most gas stations in ,most if not all, large cities since the early 90's.

Yea, it has been like this for a while. I think some people are just getting alarmed by the 10% ethanol sticker they are starting too see on the pumps...

All gas stations around me are 10% ethanol. No biggy.

The news are that they are considering to increase the
Percentage to 20%. But I think what they will do is to get worse gasoline with the 20% to match again the 93 octane. At least we will have the cooling effects of ethanol

Will your gas mileage drop if they bump the ethanol level to 20%? Will I not be able to boost higher if there is more level ethanol?
