There Is A Recall "wiring Harness Corrosion"

Guys I just called the 1-888-mitsu2003 to open up a case regarding the clutch/tranny noise. They are going to look at my vehicle when the corporate tech guy comes. But they also mentioned that there was a recall for "WIRING HARNESS CORROSION" So we should all be getting that notification it was issued 7/30/2003. Hopefully soon they recall the clutch and tranny and give us the jspec version we want .... hehehe the one with the Tarmac, Gravel, and Snow selector. If we want this thing to Happen call that number all evo owners call the number and open up a log.... They will get our point soon.

Hmm, I don't think the harness is different from the Lancers...maybe this means a recall for us too.

Its a possible recall on the EVO rear O2 sensor harness. The harness sits under the floor board and supposedly some cars were improperly sealed and water gets into the floor board and corrodes (sp) the connector. Just got mine down yesterday and nothing was wrong. All they do is spray your car a couple of different and let it sit and see if any water gets in there. If it does then they re-seal which takes from what I heard 4 1/2 to 5 hours or something like that. All seal work is done under the car. You can get more informationa bout it here:
