I started hearing a noise today that almost sounds like rod knock. i looked into some more and found that it only happens when the radiator fan turns on. The fan comes on and makes a horrible noise, and the blades are barrrrely spinning. i mean about 15 seconds for a blade to make a full turn. i have been driving it hard all day, and last night and the temp gauge read like usual, no over heating. I did notice last night that i could feel some heat down by my feet, and the engine seemed alot hotter and power wasnt as strong. any ideas?

edit.. i am talking about the fan in between the grill and the radiator. not the one closest to the intake.

sounds like the fan is broken
go buy a new one. replace it with a 12 inch spal slim fan
