Sounds like the BOV or boost/vacuum leak to me.

I don't get what your saying "no it didn't" too? Are you telling me it didn't fix my stalling and comp surge issues?

It probably is going lean at idle for some reason. If the car was once okay with your current combination of parts and tune, then I'd look for something mechanical like a "boost leak" that is letting air in after the MAF sensor, a failing fuel pump, etc. Could also be plugs going or bad IAC motor. Is the check engine light on? If it has never been okay, I would try reinstalling your stock MAF pipe. Could be the tune as well if it has never been right.

It even did it with the stock airbox, even now I have the stock maf pipe but just a cone filter instead of the airbox and drop in. The tune has nothing to do with this if anything from what everyone is saying it would be a vaccum or boost leak. This isn't a problem the car has never stalled from this it is just really annoying. It hardly does it when the ac is off.

Why do you say the tune has nothing to do with it? Has it always done it with this tune?

I have been tuned about three times. My tuner said that it isn't the tune and that he doesn't know why it is doing that.

Me thinks the IAC valve. What is your idle like first thing in the morning after your car has warmed up? Does it hold a good steady idle rpm or does it bounce a little? If not, find someone with a scan tool and check your a/f ratios when it starts to act up. This can point you in the right direction. The IAC valve my be sticking open to far causing a lean miss when cruising off throttle. I have replaced several of these on friends evos in the past...seems to be common denominator with idle problems esp. dropping back to idle.

The car idle like normal when warming, it stays steady and no bouncing at all.
My AFR is around 14.7 after the car is done warming up.

Will try to check the IAC

Thanks.

It was a tune issue for me. I went and got tuned by 4 wheel slide and has never done it again.

If it was the IAC, it should happen on all gears? because my car stall only on 1st gear pressing on the clutch when coming to a stop. all the other gear have no problem.
