oil change + o2 sensor

So i did a minor service of the car a few days ago , now all of a sudden the engine light pops up and its the rear o2 sensor , can a different oil cause a o2 error? I have the spark plug non fouler installed as well , no light till 2 days after the service.
When i d/c the battery and turn the car on the light stays off , but when i turn the car off and on again it pops up immediately.
any ideas?

I have the anti-foulers too and I was still getting a code. Theres actually a way to disable the rear O2 sensor and still pass emissions (not sure how they are done in Sydney though) through the ECU. Look up Tephra here on the forums. Hes the one who made the patch.
