what is wrong in this picture?
From the looks of it the valvetrain is not standard.
I recall on a setup where i snaped three rockers within 5 min of starting the engine after installing cossie cams and the cossie valvetrain. In that case the clearance of the valverain was the issue and locked out the cam rocker at peak which smaped the rocker.
In your case if the rocker is still in one peice, its probably as Dave said...over reving beyind the springs specs. No real harm could be done but the engine would not be happy, and start to sound like its running on side-draughts. In your case its an intace rocker so again even less chance of harm. On the exhaust it starts to blow back through the intake and creates some serious havoc.
