Just wondering if these are safe to rev to 9k with their titanium retainers and GSC S2's? I currently have HKS 272's, but will switching to a more agressive cam put more stress on the vavle spring?

 

Crower, or Brian Crower? I did the Brian Crowers in my 8 with the cossie m2's and rev to 8300.... Not sure about 9k though

Ive stayed on the rev limiter at 9K on my DSM many, many times on my Crower springs and Ti retainers. I have the crower 414 grinds they been in the car for over 4yrs now have had a problem with them. I saw you said EVO 1 so they should be same as the springs in my DSM.

 

thanks. What are the specs on the 414's? are they the 280's?

 

will i need a stiffer spring than the crower for the S2's?

 

ive run 9900 rpm many times over on crowers.. no issues with jun 272's..
