The Shep rebuilt trans with a TD clutch is the best shifting trans I've ever driven, and I've driven plenty of real nice cars. Its like rifle action....

the turn around time is absolutely awesome!! the price is great! John is very helpful over the phone!! I have had my trans and tcase back in the car for over a year now and it has taken a beating and still running strong. Highly recommend Shep, and I do not know why people would use anyone else.

Shep is Great . He did my tranny and t-case. I had a problem with a slider blowing into pieces shortly after . I drove the tranny back out to him he had it back in to me no time. He stands by his work . And does a great job at it. Just look at all the fast cars running his stuff.

I like mine but my first gear still notchy. All gears shifts awesome but like what I said my 1s gear is notchy. From dead stop I have to shaken the shifter from left to the center position before I push it forward to 1st then it will shift smoothly. I thought coz it was just new but Im on 4k miles with it now. Any suggestions?
