The title says "baddest EVO9 on pump gas" so when I started this thread it was about pump gas. 9sec9's car was never dyno'd on pump. Now Jeff's made 654 on race it is slightly higher on race gas making it the highest HP EVO9 on race gas we've built too.
No idea on Suman's car and the DI intake.

Very cool video Jeff, the mileage is unreal, you gotta be happy with that.
The part I am most impressed by is the pass you make on your 1g. That was just mind boggling, you weren't that far behind, I cannot believe the speed you had when you went past him. I knew it felt fast but watching it pass the camera car was nuts.
Thanks for letting us build it.
Oh, yes, feeling better but now I have some crazy sinus thing coming on, losing my voice. That's OK, I won't need to talk much this week, I plan to be on the dyno with my car and FINISH THE TESTING FINALLY.
I am hoping my new turbo comes in this week so I can test the two cams sets, intake from Indy and one turbo.

As Al stated the turbine housing was maxed out. Once Suman added the manifold it became very apparent that the turbine was chocking the flow. The compressor couldn’t keep up to fill the larger plenum which explains the lag and loss of power. With the larger turbine housing the gains would have been more significant as seen with Bad Bish. This is a great example that shows some parts don’t work well with others.

Then I said I wanted to rev it to the moon and just laugh when I drove it from the acceleration?

This is why I will not work with anyone else...happy customers, lots of testing, great results, and loyalty from DB's customers and the man himself. I know you will meet that last one whatever it takes.
