mine was rattling but it has now turned into a rotational squeaking that comes and goes.

do you have a wideband? mine did this for a few days and then i seen my o2 sensor was loosening its way out of the bung and would only rattle when the a/c was on

throw out bearing. mine did the same. a few launches later it burnt out. i put a new one in and it doesnt chatter anymore.
