How would you go about removing this bolt?

It's rounding the bolt trying to take it off because of the way it's situated. The other bolts I could get a closed end wrench on, but this one I have to use an open end because of the stud touching the manifold.

I'm thinking of trying to get a hacksaw in there, let me know what you think.

look for a 6 point "brake line" wrench @ kragen/sears/napa, etc.

this type of wrench has a slot cut in it to fir over a brakeline & is beefy not to flex.

good luck

Use a 6point socket and if it doesnt go to the flange of the nut then tap it with a hammer. IF that does work then the last desperation is buy a set nut removers from Sears or a tool truck(Snap-On, Matco) These look like a socket but with "twisted vanes" to bite whats left of the nut. You may have to hammer these on aswell for best results. Ive never had one of them to fail me yet. They also work great on rusted parts too.

Man that bolt is touching the mani. I would hack it off just after the bolt so you will have room to get the bolt off.Loosen the bolt before you do this in case you need to hack the bolt in half it will be loose. Good luck

I'd hit it up with some PB blaster too, so when you get a good bite on it, it'll be sure to come out.

A Turbo socket set, they are meant for things like this . Your local Snap-On, Matco, Mac dealer would have these.

I just saw the pic on a bigger screen. I would have to say either the flare/brake line wrench or dremel and box end as stated above. Sorry I didnt see the pic well enough.
