I will take closer pictures of that chamber to illustrate better the area. I see what you are pointing out on the pic but do not remember seeing that at close inspection.

I will look closer on the head to see if it is actually a mark. There was a lot of oil in the area that can be confused with a deformity on the head.

I will take some closer/cleaner pics and post them in here! The head is going to a local shop this weekend for a check up (pressurize, gauging, etc).
