yeah for real. any where else you trip them lights in the 10's you get your a$$ booted. i guess they know bucshur at that track and they know he makes some DD cars that are 10 sec cars. so they give all EVO's some leeway their. i am i right on this mr.buschur??

Honestly, they are very laid back on the safety tech. They don't even really look at what you have....they just give you your slip and you are on your way.

When I went to tech, I poped the hood and all he wanted to see was if I had an overflow tank.... LOL!.

Thats what I did as well. I even asked the tech inspector if he wanted to take a peek under the hood and he said that wouldn't be necessary. He wished me luck and I was on my way. This track rarely has tech to begin with.
Since there were maybe 5 imports there the entire day he was probably thinking we were going to be running 14's and blew us off.

I can assure you that they know what the cars will do. When I video'd David's car running the 9.65, just after the car went through the traps, I heard the starter say "I thought that was supposed to be a street car?". He shrugged his shoulders and lined up the next two cars.

The starter at Dragway 42 is cool as hell! He's been there for years and probably just doesn't give a damn anymore.

The bottom line here guys, is that NO other shop in the country can give you what Buschur Racing does for the money. Dave is stand up guy, and WILL never ever sell you something he does not think will work or knows will not perform.
Look at all the testing and time he puts into everything he sells. Why would anyone go anywere else? Its behond me
And if he is at the track, he wants to be sure everything is workng like it should. He did for us, plus he was just plain fun to hang out with... Plus we got burgers and drinks after wards
Thanks a million yesterday Dave for being there and hanging out with us. You truely are a great friend to take time from mowing your grass and being there on a Sunday when your off the clock

I know that many of the vendors and their customers feel the same way, but until you experience Davids one-on-one relationship with his customers, it's hard to explain. The man CARES about his product. He has pride in what he sells and pride in how everyone of his customers perform. He makes each one of us feel like we're the ones that are special. Each build has it's own place in his heart. Really wish we could have been there this weekend, just to enjoy the comraderie. That alone would have been worth the trip.
