performed at 22 and 30 psi. If you look at the hp numbers of the 35r in the cam test at 30 psi, they line up pretty close to the comparison dyno sheet in this thread in the first post.

if you look at fp website, you can see that the hta spools like 300-400 rpm sooner than the gt35, and makes about 50bhp more.
If we apply this to the gt35 graph posted in the 1st page, we will see that the hta spools 500 rpm sooner than the 850r and makes about the same power...
I think a back to back test of these turbos is a must in order to decide which way to go...

S366 Compressor wheel mated to a 35R?
To me, if this turbo spools slightly slower than a standard 35R, then a more fair comparison would be comparing it to the HTA88 instead of the HTA35R which spools faster than a standard 35R. At that point you'd likely have similar spool characteristics but would be able to see which compressor truly trumped the other.

Damn....... and i just purchased and HTA 35r from one of your dealers here...
