i have sheps ultimate ration tranny and and exedy twin HD. hear lately when i power shift from 3rd to 4th at high rpms and 100% throttle i get a little grind. if i slow the shift down about half a milisecond no grind. i have bleed the system, put it on stand and pushed the clutch in and seen if the wheels move and nothing. any ideas? oh and i have adjusted the crap outta the pedal and still nothing

thats a problem with the syncros...i had mine repaired under warranty, however with your setup, might wanna contact shep.

 

Could still be a syncro.

 

Mine did it when the center clip bent on the Exedy.

 

how did your center clip bend? and did you have to do a rebuild kit? and was yours only grinding like my situation, only wot during fast shifts? shep thinks its the clutch since its only grinding during wot shifting
