Anything new? Otherwise I may go ahead and get the JIC exhaust instead?

Hold out man! did you see how many failers the JIC stuff out there. I have installed a few on the WRXs and 2 out of the three did not fit. For 1K+ for a cat back I would suggest to wait and see what trial says.

Yeah, actually I looked into it. If I was getting the JIC I'd probably go with the SS pipes and Ti muffler - the clamps on the full Ti pipes look a little iffy, whereas the SS looks to be one piece.. but who knows.

Here's the thread:

Looks like almost everyone is a happy camper, minus the guy who started the thread.

bump. Seems like every place is out of stock of the JIC ST exhaust. So I'm up for more info on this exhaust again. I'll keep on dreaming about it being a turboback but somehow I doubt it...

If you want to find out more info on the Trial exhaust just email Scott he used to help out all the celica guys on newcelica.org asking about trial, so he should be willing to help us out as well.

I emailed Scott and after like 3 weeks he FINALLY got back to me!

Anyway, the exhaust WILL have an O2 bung, but he seemed to know nothing about our US Evo's having bigger bumpers so I don't think it'll fit well...

Oh well, I went ahead and ordered the JIC Ti exhaust a couple of days ago anyway...

Hey, guys I just wanted to let you know that we sell our catbacks and turbo backs with the JIC titanium mufflers and also the HKS carbon ti mufflers. You can email me if you need pricing, but can assure it will be less than anywhere else.
