stock turbo identification/info

hi im seriously thinking about getting turbo upgrade for my evo 7 , i have come across well priced one (i think) with delivery k's. part number 49378-01571 a quick search tells me it is the Mitsubishi replacement for the defect magnesium compressor wheels or something like that i was just wondering if anybody has changed to tried or had any problems with this turbo, also is 700 nz (us $536) a good price

any help appreciated thank you

very nice turbo, just don't use wild anti lag, or go above 25 psi...
at 25 psi, this turbo will make more power (maybe 10whp) than the @80 turbo (the most widely used evo 9 turbo) at 27 psi...

excellent turbo imo

oh its the mitsubishi part number i think they came out on the evo 9 rs ? but not 100% sure

any problems with it flying to bits ? im only thinking about 22psi will be my max, no anti lag , was thinking about a green but they get a bit costly with shipping to new zealand ,

no prob with flying bits.. this prob was with the earlier mag. wheel version which ends with #70 i/o 71

this turbo came on the RS and the GT evo 9 versions,
it also spools like 200-300 rpm earlier than the common used evo 9 turbo...

for the price u mentioned i'd deffinetly go with this turbo...
