estimates on a new exhaust system?

i know companies put out a full catback and all, but thats a lot of money, i figure why not go to a shop and just get them to repipe everything, what do you guys think the cost will be, basically im starting off with the header and wanna repipe everything down, this one shop i went to said they would use the stock cat and rebuild a resonator into the piping, plus i have an axle back exhaust, anyone have any firm price quotes, im thinking from 300-500 for parts and labor? the only reason i want to upgrade the whole exhaust is because im setting my car up for a turbo, A LOT of people got 2.5" but i think 2.25" will be plenty even for a turbo, thanks for any responses

350 should be the MAX price for a custom catback setup including an aftermarket muffler. good luck

Custom is great. I got a full cat-back with 2.5 piping, flowmaster 40 series 2 chamber exhaust with a dual walled stainless steel tip for 264.95 If u have the exhaust you shouldnt pay more than 150 to 200. Look around and ask people around that have done this so you find a good shop. i prefer privatly owned myself
