Oliver, how come you are running a 4G63 rod?? i thought the rods in the 64 where longer??

The 63 and 64 use ther same rods. The crank and bore are the only differences. Marco was probably the first to start using "long rods" in a '64. Basically, you use the '63 "stroker pistons", which have a raised pin height to compensate for the added stroke, in a 64 block, which helps give you an extra 6mm to add to rod length. The 2.5 will already use pistons with a slightly raised pin height to accomodate the added stroke from the 102mm crank, and raising it a few more mm would require custom rods.

Also the 64 has a 6mm taller deck height, but very good explanation.

Wow, that's great low end power for such a big turbo. Isn't that wheel over 75 lb/ min? It's making power down low like a 35 on a 2.0.

80 lb/min I think cams are the next step. Yes you heard me, our Evo IX made that power with STOCK CAMS.
