Hi all from a noob. Quick question

How much bhp do you guys run on standard VIII MR internals. Im currently at 323bhp and 295lbft atw.
There seems to be alot of people over here in the UK on the MLR saying im at the capacity for these internals.
Any ideas please

I would say with some rod bolts it should handle 500 awhp as long as its a good safe tune. I know there is people out there making more than that. but far as what I have heard 450-500hp

people have made 600 on the stock block, but it would prob not last very long at that level of power. But I think 400-450 reliably for quite sometime...? Just depends on the car. Your car will prob be fine until you hit 450 or so, but you can do things such as rod bolts like lil'joe1039 said.

Daily driveable long lasting dependable power? 400-450. I believe the record on stock internals for a 4G63 is in the high 500-low 600 range, but it won't last very long.

Thanks for all your guys advise. When you are quoting 400-450 are you saying atw or atf
