NGK BPR7ES. They're copper but for turbo'ed cars, they're better compare to Iridum plugs. For IX gap them at .20-.24

+1. Stay with OEM NGK plugs on the IX. Don't think twice about them until the day you have spark issues.

Stick with the factory NGK spark plugs. I have a set used less than 100 miles - PM me if you want them.

I think its recommended at 30K but I would change them more often since you are boosing above factory levels.

Factory plugs are already pre-gapped so just swap but be careful of not hitting the tips.

^+1 The IX plugs are longer than the VIII plugs. Best to use the factory NGK Iridiums that are pre-gapped.

I replaced mine at 20k and I boost around 24 constantly. The plugs looked good, but it's good to swap out anyways. OEM +1
